We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. IMOLOVE proudly offers a free lifetime manufacturing warranty on all IMOLOVE lab-grown diamond jewelry, covering verified defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your jewelry has been damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us so our team can evaluate your piece. If a warranty issue is confirmed, IMOLOVE will repair the covered damage or replace the item at no charge.

 

1. What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

• Structural issues caused by production faults

• Warranty-approved repairs or replacements after evaluation

 

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

All fine jewelry is subject to normal wear, daily use, and accidental impact—especially rings, which experience constant pressure. As a result, the lifetime manufacturing warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Loss of gemstones due to wear, impact, or trauma

• Product loss or theft

• Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pools, hot tubs, or bathing

• Discoloration of precious metals caused by environmental or chemical exposure

• Prongs wearing down, bending, catching, or loosening over time due to everyday wear

• Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary maintenance or repairs

• Repairs or services performed by any jeweler other than IMOLOVE will void this warranty.

3. Shipping & Service Terms

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for warranty and non-warranty services.

• Repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty will be quoted for customer approval before any work is performed.

• Any approved non-warranty repairs will begin only after payment authorization.

 

4. Cleaning & Polishing

• IMOLOVE offers up to two complimentary cleanings and polishes per year.

• Additional cleaning or polishing services beyond twice per year will incur an additional service fee.
