Shipping Policy

For your security and peace of mind, IMOLOVE follows strict shipping standards on every order:

  • Deliveries must be sent to a physical residential or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • International orders may be placed online. Customers are responsible for any customs clearance, duties, or import taxes required by their country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

  • For orders shipped to Canada, no additional import duties apply beyond applicable GST / PST / HST.

 

Product Shipping

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–5 days, resulting in an overall estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days from the date of order.

For out-of-stock or customized items, additional production time is required. These items usually take around 7 business days to complete, with an estimated total delivery time of approximately 15 days.

IMOLOVE is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delays caused by inclement weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To help meet delivery timelines, IMOLOVE may use an alternative shipping method or carrier when appropriate to reach your destination within the estimated delivery window.

In the rare event that your order is lost or tampered with during transit, you must notify IMOLOVE within 5 days of receiving your tracking number so we can assist with an investigation.

For insurance and security reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once they have shipped from IMOLOVE.
