Contact Customer Service:
Email us at contact@imolovejewelry.com. We will send you a return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label. -
Prepare Your Jewelry:
Place your jewelry back in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, place the jewelry in a ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Then, place the small box inside a medium FedEx Priority box. -
Include Promotional Gifts:
Be sure to include any promotional gift(s) received with your purchase. You may keep the complimentary jewelry cleaner. -
Seal & Label Your Package:
Close the box securely, making sure to remove or mark out any old addresses or barcodes. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the box (found in your return confirmation email). Affix the FedEx return label to the box. -
Return Your Package:
Locate a FedEx Staffed location by searching for your zip code and filtering for “Shipping assistance.”
Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment – this serves as proof of insurance. Please note that Brilliant Earth and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx Staffed locations.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect the item(s) to confirm they are in unworn condition and that all promotional gift(s) included with the original purchase have been returned. After verification is complete, your refund will be issued.

a. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within approximately 4 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
b. How will my refund be issued?
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used at checkout.

If the original payment was made by bank wire, cash, or another special payment method, the refund will be issued by check.

If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund should appear on your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For international bank wire purchases, refunds are issued in USD based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Please note that IMOLOVE is not responsible for currency exchange differences or any foreign exchange or processing fees charged by your financial institution.
c. Is a return shipping authorization number required?
Yes. Returns received without a valid return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund.

Return shipping authorizations are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance, and your package must be shipped within this time frame.

If your authorization has expired, please contact us to request a new return shipping authorization before sending your item.
5. Resizing
We offer free resizing of your ring within 1 year of your purchase, including free shipping both ways. Please note, certain restrictions apply, and only IMOLOVE rings are eligible for resizing. The 1-year period starts from the date your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.
What’s Not Covered by the 1-Year Resizing Policy:

Any ring size that falls outside of our recommended sizing range.

Some rings may not be able to be resized due to their design, but they can be exchanged for free within 60 days from the date your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

925 sterling silver rings cannot be resized, but can be exchanged for free within 60 days from the date your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

Custom, modified, and engraved rings can be resized within 1 year, but resizing will be subject to additional resize fees.
Beyond the 1-year free resizing period, rings can still be resized for a fee, or through an Extend Protection Plan, as long as they fall within the recommended sizing range.
