Return & Exchange Policy

At IMOLOVE, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition.

 

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

· Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

· All returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or resizing/alterations.

· Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Returns without tracking information or unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

· Customized items, including custom sizes, engravings, colors, gemstone cuts, or dimensions

· Replacement items that have already been sent as part of an exchange or reshipment

· 14K gold items – not eligible for refund or exchange

Please note: All purchases of 14K gold items are considered final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

 

3. Return & Exchange Process

· Submit a Request: Please email us at contact@imolovejewelry.com with your order number. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return or exchange instructions.

· Ship the Item Back: Please follow our instructions carefully and use a shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation. If the returned item is shipped without tracking and is lost during transit, the responsibility lies with the customer, and we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.

· Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. After approval:

(1)A replacement item will be shipped (for exchanges), or 

(2)A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

4. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

· If the return is due to customer reasons , the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. The cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose. 

· If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment), we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

Warranty Policy

We have full confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. IMOLOVE proudly offers warranty on all IMOLOVE jewelry, covering verified defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your jewelry has been damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us. Once the issue is confirmed to fall within the warranty coverage, IMOLOVE will either repair the damaged item free of charge or provide a replacement.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the following:

· Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

· Structural issues caused by production faults.

· Repair or replacement services approved after evaluation.

 

2. Shipping & Service Terms

After 30 days, whether the service falls within or outside of the warranty coverage, all related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
